The Bonita is a luxury 6 Bed, 5 Bath Villa Sleeps 12 and has its own 30ft by 15 pool with spa. The villa includes Games room, PS2, Game Cube and a library of games. All 6 bedrooms have Cable TVS, DVD players and ceiling fans. Decorated with a beach house theme the Bonita is family friendly vacation home.
Family Room; this informal living area is open plan to the kitchen. It is the ideal spot to relax with the family, enjoy the cable T.V or a D.V.D. or play the game system. The patio doors give an ideal view of the pool & deck area.
Kitchen; the informal breakfast area seats 7 and also has patio doors leading to the pool. Equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker and phone. There is a full size washer and tumble dryer located in kitchen closet.
All Bedrooms have a ceiling fan, cable T.V and D.V.D player.
Master Bedroom; a king size bed looks the pool area. Phone is provided. An en suite master bathroom has a garden tub and separate shower.
3 Queen Master Bedrooms, one you can watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom. The bathrooms; 1 has a garden tub and separate shower. 2 have vanity unit, bath with shower.
Fish Twin: Aquarium themed room with twin beds, especially for our younger guests.
Surf Twin: Surfer themed room with twin beds.
Games Room / Garage; the kids can escape from the adults, though they too may want to play Ping Pong / Table Tennis, Darts, Texas Holdem & Foosball.
Pool and Spa; the pool area is screened. A lanai provides shade with ceiling fan above. There are table and chairs so that you may enjoy a poolside snack or drink. You may prefer to sunbathe on the loungers or relax in the spa. The 30 ft pool and extended deck provide ample space for the children to play, splash and go wild! |
