BBQ RENTAL OPTIONAL
3 - 7 Nights $55 + tax
$5 a night after 7th Night.
If chosen it will be added after
the booking request has been sent.
Stays of 7 nights or more the cleaning fee will be
deducted saving you $130 on this home.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
12% State & County Tax will apply on
all reservations.
A $350 refundable security deposit will be
due 2 weeks before arrival, we will
automatically notify you when it's due.
