The nook contains an informal dining area with table & 4 chairs.

Family Room has large sliding doors overlooking the pool with a high ceiling. This is a large sitting area with sumptuous sofas and chair. It includes a 47" LCD TV, DVD player, Cable TV & DVDs. We also have included a PS3 with Guitar Hero & a selection of games.

Games Room in the garage has pool table, foosball, darts, 32" LCD TV, gym & fitness equipment, stools & ceiling fan, 3 children's bikes & football goal posts.

Downstairs master overlooking the pool has a king size bed, 37" LCD TV with cable TV, DVD player. Ensuite bathroom contains a walk in shower, double basin, large vanity unit & large corner bath.

1st upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite facilities & walk-in wardrobe. 26" LCD TV with DVD & Cable TV.
