This luxurious villa situated in the resort of Emerald Island comes fully furnished and equipped with security system and internet access.

7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, family room with kitchen and informal dining area which leads out to the large covered pool and spa, formal dining area, laundry and games room.

This family room has high ceilings and french doors leading out to pool area makes it the perfect place to chill out in front of our large 52” flat screen TV.

This fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. It comes complete with large cooker, microwave, dishwasher and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you are ever likely to need. We have also provided kettles, toaster, blender, coffee maker and waffle maker. The island unit in the center of the kitchen divides it off from the informal dining area which can seat 6 people, all of which leads out to pool area.

A large quiet living area leads of the dining room towards the front of the villa. Furnished with large comfortable sofas makes it the perfect place to relax.

The ground floor master bedroom has its own access to the pool area, it has a King size bed, matching furniture, bedside phone, walk-in closet and 32” flat screen TV. The ensuite comprises a vanity unit, walk-in shower, bath and WC.

Situated on the upper floor the large spacious ensuite room has a King size bed with matching furniture, walk-in closet and a flat screen 32” TV .The ensuite comprises a vanity unit with bath, shower and WC.

3 large rooms each with TVs and Queen beds have matching furniture and closets.

The last 2 bedrooms have been decorated with young children in mind. One with twin beds and painted in vivid colors and its own TV. The other has a jungle theme with a bunk bed and TV.
