This spacious 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, luxury rental villa with optionally heated private pool & spa with games room, is situated on the exclusive Emerald Island Resort (one of the nearest to Disney). It is located just 4 miles from Disney World and within 2 minutes drive of restaurants, shops & supermarkets. Located on the less congested south-west side of the Disney Parks for faster entrance & less traffic!

This villa for rent boasts two excellent living and family rooms & dining room, with elegant vaulted ceilings, the family room overlooking & giving access to the pool area.

There is a beautiful Master King Suite providing (US) King Sized bed with pillow topped mattress, nightstands, lamps, clock radio alarm, cable TV & large walk-in closet. This bedroom has luxury ensuite bathroom with large corner bath, double sized walk-in shower, twin marble vanity basins, illuminated mirror & separate toilet.

There is also a Queen room with pillow topped mattress, cable TV, clock radio alarm and en-suite bathroom & toilet. The house also has two x twin bedded rooms, one with Mickey Mouse TV. A pool bathroom gives direct access from both the pool & the house.

The villa has large fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful separate dining room & a breakfast nook.
