The house is located on a cul de sac backing up to conservation area for plenty of space, privacy and parking. The Pool is South West facing.

The garage has been converted into a game room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball, Darts, TV, 46" HD flat screen TV and a PS2.

The Family Room has a 55" flat screen HD TV. It is open to the upstairs and adjoins to the large kitchen and pool patio area.

This house has a King Master Bedroom with ensuite on the first level.
