Emerald Island is a gated community three miles from Disney resorts and water parks. Come and relax in one of the finest town homes near Disney and enjoy all our amenities such as the pool and hot tub or have a cocktail by the pool at the main clubhouse and recreation center. Refreshing air conditioning to cool you off from the summer heat or just enjoy the ceiling fans for our patrons who love the Florida weather.

Park directly in front of the two story townhome, which provides all the comforts of home. We just installed screens on both porch and rear patio for bug free relaxation.

The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, automatic ice maker, breakfast bar, dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer, one-half bath, and a living room with a sleep sofa, cable TV, DVD/VCR player, movies, Radio and High Speed Internet.

There is a Master Bedroom downstairs with Queen size Bed.

The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Another Master Bedroom is upstairs which features a King size 4 Poster Bed, TV, Private Bathroom and a Balcony, plus a ceiling fan.

There are two additional bedrooms both with 2 twin beds in each bedroom, TV, and dressers, TV and DVD capabilities, dresser. This home shows pride in ownership with upgraded furniture through out and spotless.
