The villa is fully air conditioned with free internet. The 1st master bedroom has a king sized bed, cable tv., a dresser with ample drawer space, & a walk in closet equipped with hangers. The master bathroom comes complete with a soaker tub, walk in shower, double sink vanity & a separate toilet area with entrance to the pool.

The 2nd master bedroom has a queen sized bed with cable tv, closet, ample drawer space & ensuite facilities including large walk-in shower, toilet & vanity.

Bedroom 3 & 4 have double twin beds in each both equipped with new linens, comforters & pillows. Both bedrooms have cable tv, built in closets, drawer space and share a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to make food preparation for you & your guests easy and relaxing. We have all the amenities thoughtfully provided for you, including microwave, dishwasher, stove, full fridge with ice maker in freezer, coffee maker, pots/pans and cooking utensils. You can choose to eat together in the nicely furnished “formal” dining area or in the fully furnished breakfast nook that overlooks the pool. A separate utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The living area, which overlooks the pool & deck, has a large screen cable tv, video & dvd player. This large opened room is equipped with a couch, love seat, chair, coffee table & side tables. We have movies, games, toys & books for your entertainment.

The fully screened pool comes equipped with heat, ample loungers, chairs & tables.
