Emerald Islands Resort is one of the closest Gated Resorts to Disney World. This is a 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom rental home with flat screen TV in each bedroom with cable.

Master Bedroom # 1, king bed - bathroom ensuite TV, patio doors to pool.
 
Master Bedroom # 2, queen bed, tv, bathroom ensuite.
 
 
Bed # 3 and # 4 with twin beds.
Disney themed bedrooms with TVs, DVD players and shared Jack & Jill bathroom.
 
Kitchen: Luxury fully equipped kitchen with new stone countertops, new double sink with separate water filter for coffee or drinking, new dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, new side by side fridge with filtered water and ice on door, blender, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, all pots, pans, utensils, towels, dish cloths etc.
 
Living Room: Open plan lounge, dining and breakfast area. Breakfast table with 4 chairs, dining table with 6 chairs, snack bar with stools.
 
There is a removable safety fence around the pool. Large decking with pool / spa (pool & spa heat available extra charge).
 
All towels and linen are included in the price and is cleaned prior to your arrival.
Pack n' Play, highchair and stroller for your use.

Golf Champion gate, reunion, all famous golf courses close at hand within 5 Min's drive.
A central location to Orlando's theme parks, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and more. International Drive attractions, Designer Outlets and shopping malls, are all within easy reach. In addition to Orlando's key attractions, you will find a host of other local activities. Also the new Lego Land is 30min from our vacation home.

Orlando 20 Min's. Sanford 50 Min's.
On site management and concierge services. Activities (on site or nearby)are golf, tennis, gym and fishing. Walmart (5 miles away), Disney (5 minute  drive), Universal Studios (25 minute drive) and Sea World (20 minute drive). Beaches (60 Min's), Orlando airport (25 Min's) and Sanford (45 Min's). This house is located approximately 1 mile from the Formosa Village Shopping Center on US192. Formosa Village offers the following in dining with TGI Friday's, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Outback Steak House, Giordano's Pizza, Taco Bell, Subway, Taste of China, Take Japanese and Dairy Queen. Most of these restaurants offer take out and delivery.
Shopping: Eckerd, Winn Dixie Marketplace, grocery store, dry cleaning, hairdresser and Centre Care (walk in medical). Alongside Formosa Village, are numerous other eating places such as Denny's, McDonald's, Burger King, Steak Houses, Lobster and Crab restaurants, Sizzler, Ponderosa, Bob Evans, IHOP, Shoney's and Golden Corral.
The villa is located at the prestigious gated community of Emerald Island Resort 3 miles from Disney. As our guest you have use of all the on site facilities: Clubhouse, tiki bar, gymnasium, sauna, games room, Internet cafe, TV lounge and (HEATED) communal pool and spa. There is also a children's play area, nature trails and a volleyball court, tennis court and basketball.
Sorry but for the convenience of our guest no smoking and no pets. (smoking is allowed in pool area)
