The villa is fully air conditioned with free internet. The first master bedroom has a king sized bed, cable tv., a dresser with ample drawer space, and a walk in closet equipped with hangers. The master bathroom comes complete with a soaker tub, walk in shower, double sink vanity and a separate toilet area with entrance to the pool.
The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed with cable tv, closet, ample drawer space, and ensuite facilities including large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom 3 & 4 have double twin beds in each both equipped with new linens, comforters and pillows. Both bedrooms have cable tv, built in closets, drawer space and share a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped to make food preparation for you and your guests easy and relaxing. We have all the amenities thoughtfully provided for you, including microwave, dishwasher, stove, full fridge with ice maker in freezer, coffee maker, pots/pans and cooking utensils. You can choose to eat together in the nicely furnished “formal” dining area or in the fully furnished breakfast nook that overlooks the pool. A separate utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The living area, which overlooks the pool and deck, has a large screen cable tv, video & dvd player. This large opened room is equipped with a couch, love seat, chair, coffee table and side tables. We have movies, games, toys, and books for your entertainment.
The fully screened pool comes equipped with heat, ample loungers, chairs and tables.
The house is perfect for families, extended families, couples and/or business personal. The villa is family friendly and equipped with a highchair, stroller, and a pack-n-play/sleeper for your baby. We also have a fully equipped games room with Xbox, ping pong & foosball.
