The Villa is a fully air conditioned, spacious and well equipped with all modern amenities, including a family room with comfortable and contemporary furnishings and an entertainment center with Flat screen, hi Definition LCD TV & DVD player.
 
Complimentary Cable digital channels offer family viewing such as, Disney, Nickelodeon, Discovery, Animal Planet and Disney Playtime together with many others - so you can watch your favorite program after a great day at the parks. When you want some peace and quiet, take time-out in the large 'formal' living and dining area at the front of the home.
 
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the villa offers sleeping for up to 8 people.
 
There are two spacious queen bedrooms, each with flat screen cable TV and one with a private full bath. One spacious bedroom is ideal for the kids with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have dresser, night stands with lamps and closet space.
 
The oversized master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen cable television and Desk. The large private bath has a garden tub with separate walk in shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and flat screen LCD cable televisions.

 Surrounded by Florida's natural beauty, with sub-tropical woodlands, palms and vistas, Watersong is well located in the lush tropical landscape of Florida, just a short drive to Disney, with easy access to the theme parks and attractions from your own Orlando vacation home. Watersong is a beautiful resort - away from all the hustle and hassle of the main strip malls and shops - yet close enough for easy access. Directly across the street is a large and luxurious private clubhouse for guests to enjoy. The clubhouse features a lagoon pool, fitness center, spa, cyber cafe, children's playground and picnic areas....as well as the surrounding woodland, conservation area, lakes and land bridges that provide a pleasant route to walk around the resort.
Watersong is a short drive from Champions Gate, where there is a shopping center, including a Publix supermarket, a selection of restaurants, including McDonald's, Subway and Papa Johns, a Liquor store, Pharmacy, Gas Station Hairdressers and Nail Bar. Just beyond is The Omni Resort with two championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman and David Leadbetter.
