The villa has flat screen wall mounted 42 inch flat screen plasma TV satellite/cable and DVD. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.
 
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
This is a non-smoking villa.
In addition to all of the house amenities, you will be able to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer, such as the clubhouse which is Just a 1 min walk away. Resort Facility's include a large swimming pool as well as a children pool, both are heated during the colder months. It also has a gym, a sauna, a game room, a cyber-cafe, a meeting room and concierge service. Outside, there is a Tiki-hut where you can enjoy drinks and snacks, a children playground, a volleyball court, Tennis Courts, a picnic and barbecue area. A hiking and biking trail winds through the resort.
