Jane was our realtor when we bought in 2011, and she and Alan have been great resources since then, as we find our way as rental owners. So this fall, when we had to fire our property manager at another company (long ugly story), and stopped renting our property, we were so grateful to be able to call Jane and Alan to watch over our home. They have gone above and beyond in getting us connected to honest, reasonable service providers, and making sure our home-away-from home is secure, clean and functioning. Many thanks!=

Jane was our realtor when we decided to purchase a vacation home near Disney several years ago. She went above and beyond to find us the home we wanted, I cannot say enough about her. Alan has been doing our caretaker services for the last couple of years and it has been wonderful. He checks our home weekly and sends a picture of the property, which is very nice to have. He has also been invaluable in helping us find people to help with maintenance/upkeep issues for our home and all of his recommendations have worked out wonderfully. Having Alan and Jane help with our home gives us great peace of mind, and I can't imagine anyone giving us better service. We highly recommend Alan and Jane for anyone interested in either buying real estate or looking for caretaking services in the Disney area.

In 2011 we met Jane LaFrance and with her guidance and knowledge of the realty world, we purchased a vacation home in Davenport. We had a home in Minnesota and wintered here in Florida for 6+ months for 3 years. During that time, we had Alan as our caretaker while we were in Minnesota. We were very impressed with his reliability and dedication to seeing that our house was safe and secure. He checked weekly and always sent us an email with a picture of one of the rooms in the house and a note of reassurance that everything was okay. He took care of any little maintenance issues that may have come up while we were gone and he also oversaw some repair work that needed doing on the front door.
This year we decided to sell our property in Minnesota and live in Florida all year. Again we went to the LaFrances and sold our first house in Florida and purchased a larger one. Jane was our realtor and we had great success in finding a home that we really love and meets all of our needs and sold our other house in record time.
She also helped us out when we moved our furniture from MN to FL and supervised the movers as we were not able to be present when they arrived. We consider Alan & Jane to be the best and would highly recommend them for their strong commitment to providing personalized service.

If you are looking for caretaking services that are AMAZING, FANTASTIC, UNFLAPPABLE, CONSISTENT, RELIABLE, TOP-NOTICH, COMMON SENSE, TRUSTWORTHY, PERSONABLE, EFFICIENT, AND THAT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND-choose Alan (and Mike for your pool). We have had Alan as our caretaker service provider since he began the service. We do not rent our condo, so it was often vacant in between our visits. With Alan's presence, we have had renovations, trade people repairs, furniture deliveries, family member visits, 'I forgot to turn off the --- visits, etc. All while we are miles away. We loved the weekly pictures he sends of our property. Alan is fantastic-always positive and always goes the extra mile for his clients and at a very reasonable rate! THANK YOU!!

Their caretake service is awesome. It's nice to know someone will be there once a week or so to check on things when your not around. Communication and pricing is great. Absolutely worth it and would recommend it for anyone that is away from home for extended periods of time.

We bought the house from Allen 3 Years ago, when we bought it we decided we didn't want to rent it out to vacationers. Our first year of ownership we had ADT alarm system installed and it was okay but everytime we came to Orlando on vacation there were a lot of pizza and solicitor flyers always in our front door. Our community is guard gated as well so we complained to the association but flyers were still in our door like a big sign rob me. Allen told us about his services and it's great, he stops in every week, removes any flyers from the door, walks the house to make sure everything was fine which was good 1 Day because a sprinkler head came off and water was shooting into my attic. He also sends us a picture with a memo saying the home is okay or something is needed. He has a wonderful handyman that can do anything and he recommended Mike to be our pool guy who is also awsome.
