The Haven is located on the Legacy Park estate, a well maintained community off Highway 27 just 1 mile south of highway 192 and just 8 miles from Disney. Access to I4 is just 5 minutes away by car giving a main route to the theme park area and equal access to the Tampa bay area and Busch Gardens.
This huge 5 Bedrooms pool villa has 4.5 Baths incl. (3 En-suites) and Sleeps 10 comfortably (2 extra with airbeds). It is furnished to a very high standard with brand new carpets and furniture in every room.
The truly stunning Home Cinema Room features a brand new 4 seater suite and 2 bean bag chairs for the little ones to enjoy the Sony 60 inch LED TV, Playstation 3 + a selection of games and a 5.1 bluetooth enabled soundbar, finished off by a top quality Brusnwick Foosball table for the whole family to enjoy.(Xbox 360 and games being added from 25th may 2014)

A spacious tranquil family lounge awaits as you enter the villa, this area is equipped with a beautiful 6 seater suite in matching cream leather style fabric, 3 coffee tables and a 6 seat formal dining table. No TV in this room so you can relax in peace and quiet in this area of the house.
 
A lockable door leads to the double garage which has been converted into a games room with a top quality 8ft slate pool table and Stiga table tennis table, other sporting and exercise equipment is also available.
A brand new 7 seat suite with ottoman is complimented by matching artwork and floor lamps. The first LG 60 inch large screen TV sits ready for the whole family to enjoy with a matching LG 5.1 Blu-ray Home theatre system to give a great movie experience.
 
The kitchen is fitted with full-size oven, hob, side by side fridge freezer with ice-maker, microwave oven grill, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast bar with 4 stools a large dining area that seats 6.
 
The fully-screened pool is surrounded by a large freshly painted deck. Table and chairs, umbrella, sun beds are provided. The pool is South-west facing and has the benefit of the sun throughout most of the day. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced and has a removable pool guard to keep the young ones from accessing the pool without anyone knowing.
 
Completing the ground floor is the first En-suite bedroom featuring a beautiful King size bed, large built in wardrobe, matching side tables and a dresser that is topped with a 32 inch LG TV. This room is ideal for anyone with mobility problems being a King bed with an en-suite bathroom attached including toilet, bath and shower combo, hairdryer.

The HUGE Master suite (23ft x 18ft) is entered from a set of double doors at the top of the stairs. This feature room comprises of a beautiful premium quality four poster king size bed, matching side tables, dresser, large walk in wardrobe and a brand new soft touch fabric sofa with coffee table and a 50 inch LG TV .Walk in closet with plenty of staorage for your clothing and travel bagsThis room is ideal for those who wish to spend private time away from other guests in the house. The en-suite bathroom has his and hers wash basins, toilet, hairdryer, relaxing Jacuzzi bath and a separate large walk-in shower.
 
 
A hallway at the top of the landing also leads to a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, washing basket, iron and ironing board for all of your laundry needs while on vacation.
The Disney Pixar themed Cars and Planes twin bedroom will bring a smile to kids of all ages. The 2x brand new white beds with matching side table and dresser topped with 24 inch smart TV , built in double wardrobe.
 
The second themed twin room features the same quality white set and smart TV as the first twin room and is available as a Disney princess theme or a stylish neutral room by simply changing the bed covers. Please indicate when booking which preference you have so we can arrange for this to be set up on your arrival. Both of the twin rooms have access directly opposite to another bathroom with toilet, dual sinks and shower bath combination.
The third master bedroom has a beautiful white queen-size bed, matching side tables / dresser topped with and 24 inch smart TV, large walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, hairdryer and a combined bath shower.
