The Manor Villa is situated on the new Watersong Resort, a pristine gated vacation estate. Boasting a corner plot, the villa stands in natural conservation area. Take a refreshing dip in the extended swimming pool with shallow and deep zones or relax in luxury in the invigorating spa. There is ample space to just bake in the sun on one of the sun loungers or just sit and watch the fun from the shade of the summer table with two ceiling fans to help you cool down. This also serves as an additional summer dining area, complete with gas BBQ.
 
Enjoy the scenic views of the conservation area and lake while you eat, drink and play. Unlike many vacation villas, our pool area doesn't face a row of other pools and decks and is far enough away from it's nearest neighbor to afford adequate privacy whilst overlooking part of the natural reserve of Florida - complete with some unusual wildlife - keep a look out for the Gators down at the lake!
 
The extended sun deck is fully screened to help keep the critters out. A child barrier is available to separate the pool area from the deck, keeping the toddlers in check. The pool is regularly cleaned and has optional heating. whether you are baking in the sun or watching one of Florida's amazing thunderstorms you will find this the perfect vacation home.
