You won't have to look directly into your neighbors' house. Just birds and trees! Indian Creek is predominately vacation home rentals so you have plenty in common with your neighbors.
~ 3 Master Bedrooms ~
This spacious home for rent includes 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms: 2 master suites with king size beds and private master bathrooms which step out to the screen enclosed pool deck.
 
Master Bathroom 1 offers double sinks, tub, and walk-in shower. This bathroom has to the pool a door.
 
Master Bathroom 2 and 3 are standard baths with single sink, toilet and tub/shower. Master bathroom 2 has a door to the pool. Hair dryers are supplied for all 4 bathrooms.
 
The third master bedroom offers a queen size bed and full bathroom. Each master bedroom has been outfitted with LUXURY PILLOWTOP MATTRESSES FOR EXTRA COMFORT. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan, TV with DVD player, telephone and clock radio.

~ 2 Bedrooms with shared Bathroom for the Kids ~
The kids will enjoy the 2 additional bedrooms with a set of twin beds in each and a shared full bathroom. Each kids room has its own ceiling fan, TV with DVD player, telephone and clock radio.
 
The Kids Bathroom is shared between the 2 kids bedrooms and is a standard bath with single sink, toilet and tub/shower.
~ Great Room ~
 
The Great Room features Quality Leather Furniture, a 55" LCD HD TV with Cable, Stereo system DVD/CD Player and a Playstation II for playing games. We also have a library of over 200 DVD's so you won't need to rent any movies. The queen sleeper-sofa pulls out for additional guests, which makes this home accommodate up to 12 guests.
 
~ Dining Room, Kitchenette, Kitchen and Breakfast Bar ~
 
The spacious dining room will accommodate 6 guests comfortably. For larger groups the kitchen has a table for 4 plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
 
 The Kitchen provides all that you will need for entertaining. Included is a microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, etc. and place settings for 12 guests. But wait! You're on vacation and who wants to cook! Just 2 minutes away are many fine restaurants for those nights when you deserve to splurge a bit. Use the kitchen for a quick and easy breakfast, and then make some bag lunches for the parks. When you return you will have a nice cold drink waiting for you in the refrigerator...
~ Swimming Pool and Spa with Conservation View ~
 
Then go out to the pool, fire up the BBQ Grill and relax! Day or night, you will always have a comfortable place to just kick back and relax in the warm Florida climate any time of the year!
 
Included with our rental home is this "Park Style" commercial grade Charcoal BBQ Grill. If you prefer a gas BBQ grill, these are available for rent from our supplier and start at $50.00/week.
 
For those guests that need to do some important work or just want to surf the internet while on vacation we have included a computer desk and wireless internet signal. (You will need to bring your own laptop computer as we don't provide one).
 
Did we forget to mention the laundry room? Yes we do have a washer and dryer for use by all guests. No trips to the Laundry Mat! (we also provide 2 laundry baskets).
Guests with small children won’t need to transport equipment involved with having small children. We have supplied our home with a Pack-and-Play system which is a folding playpen and doubles as a crib. We also supply a highchair and umbrella stroller.
This home is Pet Friendly, 1 dog allowed.
