A large informal sitting area with a stunning high ceiling, wrap around sofa and patio doors to the pool and deck. The family room is an open plan to the kitchen, nook, and formal living room. It’s an ideal area to watch our large screen TV with DVD player and cable.
~ Kitchen and Breakfast Nook ~
 
 Our newly equipped kitchen contains everything you will need to prepare great meals including grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with built in icemaker and all the cutlery, crockery, and glassware you are likely to need.
Overlooking the pool through the second set of patio doors, is an informal dining area with a circular table and 6 chairs. The Patio doors lead to the covered Lanai and pool area.

This area is a peaceful place to unwind. Beautifully decorated with designer furnishings and fixtures and complemented by dark oak flooring.
~ Downstairs Master Bedroom ~
 
A fabulous first floor room containing a huge king size bed decorated with designer bedding and linen. The room has its own 52in flat screen TV, large walk in closet and fantastic en-suite bathroom with his and hers basins, garden tub and wonderful walk in shower.

There is always something to do in Treasures Forever home especially in the games room, including foosball, darts, checkers, and a professional poker table that can be turned into a pool table. A special get away for kids also with activities suited for younger children. Extra large screen TV with cable and DVD.

The huge covered lanai offers some welcome shade with ceiling fans and plenty of loungers, before leading you to the west facing, covered and extended pool deck. Here you can relax and enjoy a cool drink by the pool. Refresh yourself after a long day at the park in our Jacuzzi spa.

Another beautifully decorated Queen Suite with TV, lounge chair, breakfast table/ chairs and Ceiling fan. Walk in closet and private en-suite so no waiting in line for the bathroom in the morning and again furnished with exquisite furnishings and designer linens.
